Dear members of the Intermediterranean Commission, Dear Partners and Stakeholders, As some of you already know, we are starting-up together with the CPMR External Cooperations Working Group the “Southern Neighbourhood Activities” foreseen in the frame of the “Platforma Strategic Partnership”, with the European Commission. The core part of this activities will be the elaboration and implementation of a training module for public service delivery with a territorial integrated approach in the Mediterranean. This capacity building activity will concern all the Mediterranean, even if the specific focus will be on the local and regional authorities of Morocco and Tunisia. The main outputs will be 2: a manual and atraining session to be held in 2017. In order to develop effectively these works, the Intermediterranean Commission and the CPMR General Secretariat will be supported by an external Expert. In this perspective, we have the pleasure to send you the Terms of Reference about the call for expert concerning the elaboration of a “Training module on the delivery of public services with a territorial integrated approach in the Mediterranean” – To consult the Terms of Reference, Click here! Best regards. ******************* Chers membres de la Commission Interméditerranéenne, Chers partenaires et parties prenantes, Comme vous le savez peut-être déjà, nous allons lancer en partenariat avec le groupe de travail “Coopérations externes” de la CRPM les “Actions de voisinage avec le sud” prévu dans le cadre du partenariat stratégique de “Platforma, avec la Commission européenne. Le but premier de ces actions étant l’élaboration et la mise en place d’un module de formation pour des missions de service public dans une approche territoriale intégrée en Méditerranée. Cette activité de renforcement des capacités concernera l’ensemble de la Méditerranée, même si une attention particulière sera portée aux autorités locales et régionales du Maroc et de la Tunisie. Deux résultats sont principalement attendus:un manuel et une session de formation qui se tiendra en 2017. Pour la bonne mise en oeuvre de ces travaux, la Commission Interméditerranéenne et le Secrétariat général de la CRPM bénéficieront de l’appui d’un expert extérieur.
