Political declaration of Local and Regional Authorities of the Mediterranean
gathered at their 3rd FORUM on 3 & 4 April 2013 in Marseille (France)
Preamble
We, Mediterranean local and regional elected officials, gathered in Marseille this 3 & 4 April 2013 on
the occasion of the 3rd Forum of Local and Regional Authorities of the Mediterranean wish to address
heads of State and Government, international fund donors, members of parliament and all the
different actors of civil society.
